By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to PulsBooks ("the app"), you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
The app provides automated invoice-level class assignment in QuickBooks Online based on shipping address data. The app reads invoice and customer shipping addresses, determines the appropriate class based on configured rules, and updates the invoice ClassRef accordingly.
The app requires OAuth 2.0 authorization to access your QuickBooks Online data. You may revoke this access at any time through QuickBooks Online settings or by disconnecting the app.
The app assigns classes based on configured state and city rules. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying that class assignments are correct for your accounting needs.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from incorrect class assignments, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may disconnect your QuickBooks company from the app at any time. Upon termination, all stored data associated with your company will be deleted.
